Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We ship via Australia Post or a trusted courier service.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Domestic (Australia)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (depending on location)
International Shipping 🌍
Standard Tracked: 7–15 business days
Express Tracked: 5–10 business days
Please note: International orders may be subject to delays due to customs or overseas postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available for orders over AUD $100 (Australia only).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Healergy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the courier.
If your package is missing, please contact Australia Post or the courier directly.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at connect@healergy.com.au with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
You must email us at connect@healergy.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
If approved, we will offer you the option of a refund or replacement. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or used items.
