How it works

From Survival to Self is a 3-month private coaching journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself beyond emotional survival mode.

We meet fortnightly for 1:1 Zoom sessions where we blend Tarot, reflective coaching, nervous system support, intuitive guidance, and Reiki healing to uncover what’s really happening underneath the surface.

Between sessions, you’ll have space for integration instead of constantly rushing into the next breakthrough.

Because this work isn’t about “fixing” yourself.
It’s about understanding the emotional patterns, fears, survival strategies, and self-abandonment that have quietly shaped your life for years.

Our sessions are reflective, emotionally honest, and sometimes confronting in the most supportive way.

I ask deeper questions.
I help you recognise the patterns you’ve normalised.
And I guide you back toward your own truth, needs, boundaries, and self-trust.

From your very first session, this becomes practical work you can apply inside your real life.

Between sessions, you’ll also have access to your private Healing Integration Library containing guided visualisations, journaling prompts, embodiment practices, and nervous system support tools to help you continue the work gently between calls.

Your From Survival to Self Journey

Although each month has a guiding theme, the flow of each fortnightly session is personalised to meet you exactly where you’re at. The week in between each session is for personal integration, using recommended practices from the Healing Integration Library.

Month 1 – Reconnect With Yourself

  • Session 1 – Understand what you actually need beneath survival mode: Uncover the deeper desires hidden beneath your surface-level goals so you can get clarity on what your soul truly wants. This is your guiding light towards a transformation and life that’s meaningful for you.

  • Session 2 – Begin rebuilding self-trust and emotional safety: Learn how you can raise your energy frequency so you can call in what your soul desires. We explore mindset, rituals, and aligned actions to choose the practices that feel right for you.

Month 2 – Understand the Patterns

  • Session 3 – Release limiting beliefs: Uncover and release the unconscious stories and fears that stop you from creating the life you want. I use Reiki to help you energetically release them so you can create new empowering beliefs.

  • Session 4 – Start making decisions from self-trust instead of survival: Identify transformative action steps that align with your values and energy so can start moving towards the life you want to create.

Month 3 – Build a Life Beyond Survival Mode

  • Session 5 – Strengthen the version of yourself you’re becoming: Notice what’s evolved for you, refine your soul vision and set yourself up with ongoing transformative practices to continually expand your light.

  • Session 6 – Celebrate your journey: Reflect on your progress and recognise how far you’ve come. From the darkness into the light. It’s time to celebrate every step of your journey towards soul-deep transformation.

What’s included in your journey

  • Transformative co-creative sessions:

    Six 1:1 fortnightly 60 minute zoom sessions over three months where I guide you with a co-creative blend of Tarot, intuitive channeling, reflective questioning and Reiki. We work on a deep energetic and emotionally transformative level. Calls are held on Thursdays or Fridays between 9am-3pm Australian Eastern Time.

  • Session recordings for deepening your insights:

    Every session is recorded so you can re-watch them to uncover deeper layers of insight and track your growth over time.

  • Healing Integration Support:

    Transformation doesn’t happen in a single session.

    It happens in the moments afterwards:
    when old patterns resurface,
    when emotions rise,
    when your nervous system wants to return to what feels familiar.

    That’s why this container includes integration support between sessions.

    You’ll receive reflective prompts, grounded practices, emotional processing support, and intuitive guidance tailored to what’s unfolding in your life and nervous system.

    You’ll also have access to guided visualisations, journaling prompts, embodiment tools, and supportive resources to help you stay connected to yourself between sessions, so you’re not left alone with what surfaced in the work.

  • This is a 3-month 1:1 transformational journey designed to support lasting emotional, energetic, and nervous system change over time.

    Clients begin at different times throughout the year depending on availability.

  • Alongside your fortnightly 60-minute 1:1 sessions, I recommend setting aside regular space each week for reflection, emotional processing, and integration.

    For some women, this might look like 10–15 minutes a day journaling, listening to a guided practice, or sitting with a reflective question.
    For others, it may involve deeper integration work as old patterns, emotions, or truths begin to surface.

    This work is designed to support your real life, not overwhelm it.
    But like all transformational work, what you put into the journey shapes what you receive from it.

    The women who experience the deepest shifts are the ones willing to stay present with themselves between sessions, not just during them.

  • Sessions are held online via Zoom on Thursdays or Fridays between 9am–3pm Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne, Victoria).

    Once your journey begins, you’ll receive access to a private booking link where you can schedule your sessions at times that best support you.

    Because I work deeply and intentionally with a limited number of clients at a time, session availability is kept spacious and personalised.

  • Life happens sometimes.
    Holidays, illness, family responsibilities, emotional overwhelm, or unexpected circumstances can all arise during a 3-month journey.

    If you need to re-schedule a session, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.

    Your transformation doesn’t disappear because one session moves.
    This work continues through your reflection, integration, nervous system awareness, and the practices we build together over time.

    If I am away during part of your container, I’ll always communicate this with you in advance and your journey will simply extend to ensure you still receive all six sessions in full.

    This is a spacious, human-centered container, not a rigid performance-based program.

  • Yes, this is a one to one program.

  • This work is designed to support the emotional, energetic, and nervous system patterns that shape how you experience yourself, your relationships, and your life.

    Nothing is “too much” to bring into this space.

    Many of the women I work with have spent years holding things together on the outside while quietly struggling underneath the surface.

    The work we do together is just as deep, connected, and transformational online as it is in person.

    At this stage, the From Survival to Self journey is offered exclusively online so I can work deeply with women across Australia and internationally.

  • I use a co-creative blend of Tarot, Reiki, intuitive guidance, reflective questioning, nervous system awareness, and transformational coaching throughout our work together.

    Each tool supports a different layer of your healing and self-reconnection.

    • Tarot helps bring unconscious patterns, emotional truths, and internal conflicts into awareness so you can understand yourself more clearly and make aligned decisions from truth instead of fear.

    • Reiki supports emotional and energetic release, helping your nervous system soften what it has been holding onto for too long so you can feel lighter, clearer, safer, and more connected to yourself.

    • Intuitive guidance helps me tune into the deeper emotional and energetic layers beneath what’s being spoken, often bringing language to things you’ve felt but haven’t fully been able to name yet.

    • Reflective questioning and coaching help you explore your patterns, beliefs, boundaries, and emotional responses so lasting transformation can happen not just in insight, but in your day-to-day life.

    This support helps you continue processing, integrating, and reconnecting with yourself between our sessions together.

  • You’ll have full access to the Healing Integration Support throughout your 3-month journey so you can continue integrating and deepening the work between sessions.

    Many women find the practices, reflections, and nervous system tools become part of their ongoing self-connection and healing long after the container ends.

    If you’d like continued access after completing the journey, there will be an option to continue your support through a monthly membership with no lock-in commitment.
