How it works and what’s included
1..Personalised Pre-session Guidance via email
During your booking process, I will ask you a few simple questions about what you want to get out of your Soul Insight Activation on the Acuity booking form. This helps me to personalise your Tarot guidance and Reiki healing for your situation.
The day before your session, you’ll receive an email with guidance for setting your healing intentions, a simple journal prompt and personalised Tarot question recommendations.
I will also suggest creative ways to prepare your own sacred healing space if you have chosen an online session.
2..Soul-Insight Session (90 mins) | Reiki + Tarot
The flow of our session allows Reiki to prepare your nervous system and energy field, so that when we move into Tarot, you are more open, clear, and able to receive guidance deeply.
Welcome & Intention Setting (5 min): We ground together and set the focus for the session.
Reiki Healing (30 min): Hands-on or distance Reiki to clear and balance the energy system.
Reiki Debrief (10–15 min): I share what I sensed in the energy field and invite you to reflect on what resonates.
Tarot Guidance (45 min): With your energy softened and cleared, we move into your Tarot guidance. I pull a tailored spread that addresses your focus and guide you with reflective questions and intuitive insights.
Closing & Grounding (5 min): I summarise your key insights and next steps, leaving you feeling clear with a grounded sense of direction.
3..Personalised Insight Activation Recommendations via email
To help you integrate your insights and next steps, I email you the day after our session with my personalised recommendations. This could include intuitive messages that came through during your Soul Insight session, your Tarot card images and meanings and a Grounding Visualisation meditation or reflective journal prompts.
